A little shameless self promotion never hurt anyone.

Received a few more reviews on my books, though I’ve avoided posting them here. I hear some readers don’t like an author that “Toot’s his own horn” but when you’re just starting out, who else is going to do it! Anyways, back to reality.

We have a lovely post today from one Christina McMullen (#SupportIndieAuthors!) who has apparently been slacking in her own reviews to be posted on her site. You can see what she has to say about mine, as well as several other authors works, here.

Next up, I’ve been collecting as many reviews as I can for Everyone Dies At The End, and I received my two to be placed on blogs! (One I just plum forgot to post…)

I forgot to mention Derek Bailey, as well as thank him for his wonderful review, when he dropped it last month. If you can’t tell, it’s been a long summer so far! A 3 star, but I love how he covers what he liked and didn’t like about the tale. He’s an author in his own right, so check out his works while you’re checking out the review.

And then there’s Stephanie at NovelIdeaReviews. Another 3 star, but one I’m very happy with. I’m really getting the feeling that people will either love or hate the book just based off the ending, and I think I’m okay with that.

Anyways, that’s it. Just touching bases before I go back into “Must find more reviews” mode. *I’m shooting for 100 on Everyone Dies At The End before it releases next year, I’m up to 15, but I need quite a few more!*

The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts by K.C. Tansley

This book has lots of good points about it!.  I love to read ghosts stories but this book also has some time travel and some mystery.  I loved every bit of this book and could not put it down until the end.  I can’t wait to read book 2!  * I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review*  5/5

Autumn in the Dark Meadows by Kirby Howell

I think this is a good series.  I am enjoying each book a little more.  I think if you like dystopian series books you should check out this series.  I enjoy reading what the author has done to the characters and the story in each book.  I love the “feel good moments” even in a world of struggle there is still love.  * I received this book from  the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

The Demon Inside by M.L. Sparrow

I really enjoyed this book.  I think Zombie books have been done quite a bit but this book had a new twist on things. Possessing people, turning them into cannibals, I don’t want this to be my future but I enjoyed reading about it.  Creepy but I liked it a lot.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*   5/5

Iris by Kirsten Osbourne

I have not read any of the other books in this series. Iris is finally a Doctor but had to go to Texas to find work. She has not seen any patients except pregnant women. A man shows up looking for the Dr. and is not happy when he finds out the new town Dr. is a woman.  This book, in a way, reminds me of the TV show Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.  I enjoyed this book very much. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

#RileyAmosReviews, Got another one for ya!

I received this book in a giveaway, but the wife stole it before I could even crack a page >.> I told her she had to give me a review in return, and here it is!

Foehammer by Duncan Campbell

I enjoyed this book and its bevy of interesting characters.

If you like action /adventure with realism, then by all means…pick up this book. At times it has the feeling and general atmosphere of a first person shooter. Suspense and some tension adds the right drama to this fast paced story. I really loved the backstories for the various team members in this book. Multi-faceted in characters and their fields of choice. *I received a version of this book for free in a giveaway*~five stars!~

and I leave you with the Blurb For Zayne

Time heals all wounds right? Eventually you’ll just mend that hole in your heart and it’ll be like nothing ever happened. Zayne thought so. Sex and alcohol can make you forget … for a short period of time at least. True love doesn’t exist. He has no time for it. Meaningless sex is the way to go.

Until he meets Alivia. The sexy nurse who had a hand in the care of his brother, Zaryk. Alivia is everything he could ever want in a woman. She’s sexy, confident, smart, and willing to be around him at his worst … and right now he’s at an all-time low. A horrible accident has brought him back to the hospital where she works and he’s thrust into emotions he never thought he’d feel again. Not since …. her.

Will Alivia break down the walls that surround the infamous sex fiend that is Zayne Hunter? Or will she push him away even further?

This is the second story in the ‘Twisted Epiphany’ series that follows Zaryk, Zayne, Zayden, Deklan, and Kreed as they take their band from small town success to world-wide phenomenon.

I hope everyone can enjoy the book, Remember it’s a +18 series so you can come around a lot of sexy scenes and swearing here and there.
