Thanks for stopping by, Rob

Myths of the Mirror

I pay little attention to stats, and if the insights page didn’t occasionally rear up on its own, I wouldn’t look at it at all. The glimpse is good for a chuckle. I feel a bit like a kid who’s getting close to sitting at the grown-up table.

Blog Stats

In 2012, I blogged for a whole year. I had 7 visitors, 1 like and comments. You would think I’d worked hard at being that bad. Nope, just clueless.

In 2013, I employed the same winning strategy of non-engagement, but my stats improved – I earned 13 comments for the year!

Mage and the Freckled Frog by Craig A. Price Jr.

What a cute and fun short story.  I loved to get these little books once in a while.  It  feels like such a break from longer books.  This book even has a little magic in it for me.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  5/5

The Raven by Aderyn Wood

I loved the cover of this book.  It caught my attention right away, once inside the book kept me reading more.  I was enthralled into a world of fantasy.   I enjoyed the character Iluna.  I loved the world around her even though she grew up an outcast, she has a powerful gift.  I would love to read more in this series and can’t wait to see what happens next.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*   5/5

Ten Wild Herbs For Ten Modern Problems: Facing Today’s Health Challenges With Holistic Herbal Remedies by Mary Thibodeau

Though this book is not very big, it has quite a bit of helpful knowledge in it.  My sister likes to use herbs whenever she can on things.  She would love this book more than I did.  I learned a lot and will have to try some of these herbs out for myself. I also loved the pictures for people like me so I will know the herb when I see it!   * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  5/5
