Day 67 of 90: Over 2/3 of the way done! #ASMSG #IARTG #IAN1 #SupportIndieAuthors

Over two thirds of the way through this project!

Not only am I nearing the end of this project, but my other works are going awesome as well. It’s like writing here helps to jumpstart everything else. I know I’ve told you guys that before, but it really is true.

Even though I usually write fiction, taking the time to get my thoughts in order to write this helps. The words flow easier, and I don’t struggle quite as much for the right way to say something. I can’t believe how much it helps, even though they’re two completely different styles of writing.

I also have a constant stream of ideas that assault me as I write here, but I blame that on the ADD. Which is another thing doing this helps to combat!

The point being, an organized mind will help as I look to put one word in front of the other. That’s how we share our stories anyways. It’s not like you gals and guys get the jumbled mess that’s inside my head, you guys get it after it’s been cleaned up some.

I love finishing up a project. There’s nothing quite like the euphoria that comes with it. A sense of accomplishment that makes me crave for the next phase of my journey.

Even now I’m planning parts of my next story, though nothing is concrete.

But I digress, even knowing the end is coming makes doing this every day easier. And after I finish this, I’ll get right to work with my imagination. I love being an author.

Bad Girl School by Julie Smith

I was a little upset at this book because I want to love it.  It just did not keep my attention.  I was not into the talking cat thing either, it did not work for me.  I have read a book before that I loved the talking cat in it and I wanted to love it in this book too.  But it fell flat for me. ” Bad Girl School” was not what I expected it to be so that was interesting but I overall I wanted more from this book.  3/5

Schism by Clabe Polk

Detective Mike Eiser is an interesting character.  I was pleased to read a good detective book.  I like to find these “diamonds in the rough” and I think this is one.  I have not read anything else from this author but I enjoyed this book.  * I received this book for the author in exchange for an honest review*  5/5
